Motion to amend reasons for judgment in Covarrubias v. Canada (Minister of Citizenship and Immigration), 2006 FCA 365, [2007] 3 F.C. 169 (Covarrubias) so that references to 2006 FC 444 therein reflect Federal Court order to anonymize style of cause—Applicants arguing Court may grant order pursuant to Federal Courts Rules, SOR/98-106, r. 4—Also arguing reasons in Covarrubias no longer accurate, amendments necessary to prevent infringement on privacy rights—However, panel rendering decision in Covarrubias now functus, no rule found in Federal Courts Rules providing basis to grant order sought, no basis on which Court could amend, modify reasons for judgment rendered four years ago—Motion dismissed.
